Sarah Spencer
hails originally from Richmond, Virginia. While
attending college at James Madison University, she spent
summers on the Outer Banks. Longing for the beach, she
and her husband returned for good in 1997. Sarah's
fondness of real estate and home building started at an
early age. Her father is a custom builder back in her
hometown of Richmond. Sarah can remember tagging along
to walk-throughs and helping with punch lists since the
age of nine.
Sarah's real estate experience includes working as a
rental agent, sales assistant for the top senior broker
at Village Realty, and Broker-in-Charge for the Corolla
office of Village Realty for more than three years.
From all this, Sarah has learned the local beach market
inside and out and has the ability to give buyers and
sellers unparalleled comprehensive, professional
service. Most recently, Sarah distinguished herself as
winner of the 2006 Silver Sales Award. |

Matt is
originally from Ridgewood, New Jersey. He and his family
vacationed on the Outer Banks for more than 10 years
before purchasing a vacation home. Matt attended Elon
University in Central North Carolina, receiving a BS in
Business Administration. Upon graduation, he relocated
to the Outer Banks to be near his family. Throughout his
life, Matt has interacted with people from all over the
country. Thanks largely to these experiences, he
realized that real estate would afford him the best
opportunity to continue in this aspect of the business.
His knowledge and love for the area make him the perfect
